We are seeking a LANDSCAPE DESIGNER to join our team!

Position Summary: As a Landscape Designer in our firm, you will work under the guidance of a licensed Landscape Architect on multiple projects, from initial concept development through to construction documentation. You should be comfortable working both collaboratively with others in the studio, and independently on design solutions and production of graphics and drawings. Other components of this position include conducting site visits, participating in community engagement meetings, and coordinating with multi-disciplinary project teams. Qualifications:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience working full time in a professional LA office setting.
BLA or MLA from an accredited program.
Highly organized and capable of multi-tasking and self-editing.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, and comfort with public speaking.
Proficiency in Rhino, SketchUp, or similar 3D modeling software.
Proficiency in Lumion or other rendering software.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD.
Knowledge of native plants in southeastern Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities:
Illustrative rendering production (diagrams, plans, sections, perspectives).
Project site visits, and documenting site inventory and analysis.
Development of design ideas and precedents research.
Participation in office design charrettes.
Assistance with design drawing set production and picking up redlines.
Assistance with preparation of proposals for new projects.
Development of studio marketing material.
Attendance at and participation in public/community meetings.
